If your version of the iPhone or Android app has Delete account in account settings, choose it and follow the confirmation steps. Otherwise, use the web option below with the same account. You're signed out when deletion finishes.

Can't sign in?

Email contact@vibehouse.net from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in, email address, username, and profile photo.
• Your Library images, saved projects, and editable templates. Templates you shared by link or published are taken down.
• Your favorites, hidden shows, saved filters, editor defaults, and other preferences.
• Your Magic edit requests, results, and credit history, and any remaining credits.
• Votes you cast, problem reports and feedback you sent (including screenshots and logs), and usage records linked to your account.
• Data imported from a legacy memeSRC account, and the link to it.

Deletion starts when you confirm, and the time it takes depends on the amount of data in your account. Wait for the completion message. If it is interrupted, try again; the process can resume unfinished steps. Contact us if you cannot complete it.

Subscriptions

A memeSRC Pro plan bought on memesrc.com is cancelled immediately, so you won't be charged again. Remaining time and credits are not refunded, except where required by law.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and deleting your account doesn't cancel them. Cancel them first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What we keep

• Payment and invoice records held by Stripe, Apple, or Google, as required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention.
• Anonymous totals that don't identify you, such as overall vote counts.
• A one-way fingerprint of your email address and legacy account ID, so the old memeSRC sign-in can't recreate the deleted account. You can still create a new account with the same email.
• A deletion record with your internal account ID and completion time, to prevent later requests or billing events from recreating deleted account data.
• Data Prep uploads, including private drafts you never submitted for approval, source videos, transcripts, and processed catalog media. Account deletion currently does not remove these files or their submission and processing records.
• Internal records connecting catalog uploads and contributions to your account, including attribution corrections and their history. These records are restricted to authorized staff and services; they are not public creator profiles.
• Short-lived system logs used for security and troubleshooting.

Data Prep retention is a limitation of the current deletion process, not a claim that all of this material must be kept by law. To request removal of retained uploads or associated records, email contact@vibehouse.net.

Deletion does not remove copies other people have already saved, downloaded, or cached. Copying a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying content. Read our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle data.
