Services we use

We use service providers for hosting, sign-in, storage, and payments. Stripe processes payments. We receive billing and subscription details, but not your full card number.

When you use Magic Editor, we send the images and instructions needed for your edit to AI providers, including Google and OpenAI. This can include reference images you choose. We also use OpenAI to check submitted content and generated results for safety. We store edit requests and results so you can view and use them.

Keeping and removing data

How long data stays depends on what it is and why we need it. We keep information to provide the service, maintain business and security records, and handle disputes or legal obligations.

You can update settings and delete saved items where those controls are available. To ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting your data, email us. We may need to verify your account, and some records may need to stay for security, fraud prevention, or legal and accounting requirements.

Children

memeSRC is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can review it.
